Who We Are
Here are a few of our favorite cycling resources.

BIKE SHOPS WE LOVE:

Sellwood Cycle Repair
Excellent repair service. Carries a full line of affordable Kona bicycles, plus good quality used bikes on consignment.

Seven Corners Cycles
Friendly service and carries several lines of affordable bicycles.

Bike Friday
The best folding collapsible bike you'll find. Whether you're a road, touring or mountain bike rider, single or tandem, they can design and build a custom-fit travel bicycle just for you.

CUSTOM WOMEN'S BIKES:

Luna Cycles
We met Margo Conover at the North American Handmade Bicycle Show in Portland, in February and loved her philosophy toward fitting and building bikes for women. Even if a custom-made bicycle isn’t in your immediate future, check out her site.

ALL THINGS BICYCLE:

Bike Portland
For day-to-day news and observations on Portland’s cycling scene check out this great site.

CLOTHES AND GEAR:

Team Estrogen
You won’t find a better selection of women’s cycling clothing! And they’re located right here in the Portland area (internet sales only). Plus, check out their Community link for tons of information, forums and additional resources.

Terry Bicycles
Also an excellent source for cycling clothing, bicycles, and resources. The bicycles are designed to fit women, and their bicycles now come in lightweight steel rather than aluminum—a plus in our opinion!

BICYCLE TOURING:

Adventure Cycling Association
We’re big on touring, so we just have to make a plug for Adventure Cycling Association, which has been furthering travel by bicycle for over 30 years. Membership starts at just $35 a year and comes with 9 issues of their publication Adventure Cyclist. Excellent source of regional and cross-country route maps.

“Thank you, again, for taking the time today to get me headed the right direction!  Now that I know the potential for a better ride ahead of me I’m eager to make it happen.” – Ron

Bike Consultation and Fitting
Ron contacted us because he just didn’t think his old commuter bike fit him very well. We confirmed that for him, and gave him the information and guidance that allowed him to successfully search for a “new” used bike on his own.
